Keeping Customer Longevity

There are many companies trying to figure out what customers want! The owners think they know. Big mistake! If you want to grow your business, find out what your customers expect from you. How do you do this? Ask! Why not “Expectations Week” one. Tell your employees that goal this week to customers asking what they can expect from the company. The goal is a number of customers per day to achieve and only ask: “When I asked about what are the top 3 has hope your transaction with us, is it?”

Or, you can issue a book of hope and provide customers write their comments. In this way, it is embarrassing for them and perhaps more honest can!

If you run your business from afar, why not e-mail surveys? Consider offering a reward to encourage responses.
